We found Scholl Bros Bar-B-Que when we decided to visit Paris, TX on our way to Oklahoma. We had decided not to head back south into lower Texas since we were starting to run short on time. Paris offered up a couple of fun sites to visit including the Eiffel Tower and the Sam Bell Maxey House. Both were nice places to explore.
